Tips to get rid of stress for Healthy Aging

    Stress is a bad feeling. You have to control the stress and you should not let the stress to control you. Stress can affect to your health , you will feel sick and hopeless , so you have to know how to get rid of stress.
    The first thing you have to do is that you have to think carefully what will stress you and how will the stress affect to your health so you should avoid it. Next you have to eat the good food,  you should not eat the junk food and last thing you should take enough  relaxing.
    The stress is dangerous , so you have to know how to manage it before you deal with the stress if you know how to cope with it you will stay healthy.
    The stress can cause many diseases . It will make you get sick  or sometime it will make you lose your decision. If you have a stress you can not sleep happily and sometime it will change your eating habits , some people will eat more but some will not eat at all . Stress may cause the blood pressure and heart disease. You will feel anxiety and depression when you have a stress so you have to control stress by learning how to control it and follow it.
    There are many ways to control stress, you have to know that what do you want in your life, then record things that make you stress and try to avoid it. Keep in your mind that you can not control another people. Your children always make you stress .When they are baby , you can control them but when they grow up they have right to choose their own life. You should not expect to control them. Don’t worry about them. Your expectation will make you stress, so think that the children will do as you do when you are teenage.
    Sometime you have to refuse your friends when you can not help them , you should not care them because when you accept to do some works from your friends but you can not do it. It can cause stress. You have to say “no” when you can not do it.
    Knowing how to get rid of stress is very easy and you will be healthy.
