When we grow older , our bodies and mind are changing . The body and mind want to charge the energy to keep ourselves active and in shape. Everything in the body have to work well to keep it in control. When we get old the body start losing some important nutrients and some vitamins that help our bodies strong and stay longer so we can charge it by taking a supplement to compensate the losing and you also to find the activities to do to keep your body strong. Everything in the body including brain seem to slow down when we get old. Doing the activities can keep them from loosing the ability to work if you do the activities , our bodies and mind will be in shape and healthy. Exercise is very important for your body. It will help you to lose weight , tone up , keep you from getting stiff and will give you the energy to work but to do exercise is quite boring so you have to find a group to do it. The new people will help you to be fun and enjoyable with your exercise. If you have no chance to join with a group , you do it alone by trying to wake 30 minutes a day. New exercise program can be dangerous for you , you may get pain from it so you should take the easy and slow of first time. When you do the exercise , your muscle are tight so you have to warm-up and warm – down at the end. Exercise will take much more times to see the advantages. You shouldn’t stop before it starts to develop. If you get pain from exercise, you should not cure it by yourself. You have to consult the doctor and check it on a regular schedule. The doctor may find some problems in your body and help you. Overweight is normal but it can cause many things to go wrong with your systems in the body, see the doctor to evaluate the standard of your weight. Diabetes is always in the young and old people . To avoid it you should intake the right amount of carbs , fat and protein. The suitable diet will make a good health but the best way for keeping healthy. You have to exercise first, diet next , see the doctor and control your body and mind. | |
