From the Us studies , there are about 70 % of the citizens suffer from sleep disorders. They get the bad health. It shows that your good health is depend on taking a proper rest. When we get old some function in the body start to decline. It causes the person to suffer from sleep disorders, including insomnia. The women seem to have more experience insomnia than a man. It is very hard to fall asleep and affect your health. If you sleep too much in the day time , you will have the problem at night . But too much sleeping may cause the blood pressure , heart disease and stroke . And one disorder that you should not forget is sleep Apnea or snoring . Sleep Apnea is different from others sleep ailment because we can not check it by the doctor . It is noted by sleeping partner. The disorder make you wake up all right long and you will fall asleep uncontrollably. Sleep disorder may cause the changing your internal organ. The functions in your body will change as well . Finally you may have a muscle pain and snore at night time. If you don’t cure it , it will become serious risk of illnesses. The best way to cure it you have to reduce the stress in your life. If you know that it is very hard to sleep , you have to avoid from caffeine, nicotine and alcohol before going to bed. When you are on bed but you are still not sleep , try to do something like counting the sheep or numbers , watching the television , listening to music, reading a book and so on. You have to avoid eating and exercise before go to bed because exercise will boost metabolism and eating may cause indigestion. The temperature and atmosphere in the room sometimes have an influence for you sleeping , try to adjust the temperature , turn off the light but if you afraid of the dark , keep in wind that the burglars can not walk in the dark you will be safe . The last method to make you sleep is a medicine but you have to consult the physician. | |
