As we grow older we have a chance to get the heart disease , cholesterol increase, weaken joints, muscles and so on. We will suffer from illness but we can stop it by taking the steps in our youth if we don’t follow them. The illness will be hidden in our body and emerge when we get old. Now heart disease is rising higher the aging will be occurred through the changing of body and mind. At this time the body and mind will start to decline their functions. They may start declining from child hood and carry throughout our life. During this process the positive reflections will be developed but when we get old the negative reflection happen. At present no one can check that when our body becomes aged 65 and older was considered the aged at one time but now a per who was more than 65 years can work very well so we can not classify who is the old one. If you get the heart attacks , you will feel frustrated , hopeless and so on, your mood will change , you have to control these emotion because this stress can have an affect to your body. After illness you have to control your everyday life, try to do something you are happy. Walking is a very good exercise to reduce the dangerous of heart attack. Sometimes you need the encouragement from your close friends or your family members, visit them it will make you feel good. You should speak to them , what you want , then open your mind , try to listen to them. If you feel good , you will have to join the team who have the same illness. They will understand you and give you the encouragement. This feeling will help to reduce the risk of heart attack. Exercise is the best way to reduce any disease when you feel anxious depressed or despaired. These feeling may cause the risk to your health. Exercise can help you , it can make you stay happily and have a good health. | |
